As a boy, I inadvertently trained myself to be a photographer by spending countless hours thumbing through old National Geographic magazines. I’m constantly trying to recreate those mysterious, adventure-fueled photographs that first inspired me. I like making short movies. I’ve also directed brand films, co-directed full-length documentaries, and shot music videos. Emirates was my first airline commission (they’re still a client) Working with clothing brands and athletes is my favorite genre. I share a dog with our youngest daughter; his name is Kenny, but we call him Larry. My side hustle is big wave surfing.
